Description: Ngatarawa is again delighted to sponsor the Auckland Chamber Orchestra's 2006 season. Under the dynamic baton of Peter Scholes, this year's concert season has something for everyone. The season's programme is as follows. Sunday 11 June 6pm, 'German Romantics - Wagner and Schubert. Sunday 16 July 6pm, 'American Connections' - Stravinsky and Russ Garcia. Sunday 6 August 6pm, 'Chamber Music Masterpieces' - Mozart and Mendelssohn. Sunday 10 September 6pm, 'Mozart and Friends' - Stravinsky, Mozart, Bartok and Prokofiev. Sunday 5 November 6pm, 'Bach (J.S.) Sunday 10 December 6pm, "Gone to the Beach II - back by popular demand, Johnathan Besser, Ivan Zagni, Don McGlashan and Peter Scholes take you to the beach in version 2 Back to events |
